Enquiry To Delivery

Vehicle Souring ‘ONE CALL FOR ALL’

The BSA Enquiry to Delivery Process

BSA receives a vehicle enquiry from you (the customer).

BSA then telephones their core dealers for the enquired manufacturer.

If our core dealers are unsuccessful in locating the vehicle, the enquiry is both faxed and e-mailed to every dealer of that manufacturer in the U.K.

Once BSA has located a suitable vehicle, a quote is faxed or e-mailed to you.

To order this vehicle simply complete the details at the bottom of the ‘Quotation/Order form’, stating who the vehicle will be invoiced and registered to, the customers name and any order number you have, sign, date and then fax back. This is enough for BSA to order the vehicle on your behalf.

BSA will then place the vehicle on order with the dealer and if you require BSA will provide you with full dealer details.

All BSA’s vehicles on order are all updated on a weekly basis with the dealers on Wednesdays. The information gained is collated and a report is faxed to you every Friday stating the vehicle(s) you have on order and their expected delivery dates.

Once the vehicle comes into stock with the dealer, BSA will fax over a Delivery Advice form stating the following information - “vehicle details”, “invoice to”, “registered to”, these are the instructions and details you have provided upon placing the order. We also add the vehicles registration and chassis number. You then sign and complete the delivery address, drivers name and contact numbers to confirm that you have all relevant documentation and deposit cheques in place to authorize delivery.

The Information is then forwarded to the dealer along with any special delivery instructions that you have requested i.e. transported delivery, a preferred delivery schedule (e.g. A.M. or P.M.).

BSA will call the dealer the day before delivery to ensure that the vehicle is being delivered and to obtain an approximate delivery time.

The dealer will post the relevant documentation i.e. main dealer invoice, copy of the AFRL certificate and any delivery notes, directly to you after the vehicle has been delivered.

This will allow you to complete your file and forward all paperwork to the finance company.
